Olympia
2021 GOV(German Oldenburg Verband) Filly

One of our first foals on the farm, Olympia is a terrific young sport prospect. She is a large boned, long lined filly with an uphill carriage and plenty of Chrome! Olympia has a huge, ground covering stride with a large free shoulder and a flexible back. Already over 16HH as a yearling, we expect her to mature well over 17HH.
Olympia has a sweet, cuddly personality and demands attention from whomever is close to her stall! We look forward to developing her under saddle in the winter of 2023.
Olympia's breeding is an exciting mix of "Old-school" foundation jumpers and well proven, popular breeding!
Olympia's sire, Olympic van't Koningsbos, is a very well bred promising young stallion that was imported into Canada and is currently competing to the 1.30m level. He is the direct son of the famous Kannan (Voltaire x Nimmerdor) Kannan is one the most famous Show Jumping Stallions in the World. Not only was he a top competitor himself but More than 2000 of his offspring are jumping at 1.30m level and above! His Sire, Voltaire (Furioso II). Voltaire is a foundation Show Jumping Sire with more than 650 offspring competing at 1.30m and above and dozens of approved sons as well as states premium mares.
Olympic's dam, Imogen de Regor(Darco x Cento), competed to 1.45m herself and her oldest offpring, 3 of which are licensed stallions, are already competing in the FEI levels of showjumping! Imogen's sire is the iconic stallion Darco, who competed to the top levels of Show Jumping and has sired more than 1000 offspring competing to 1.30m and above. Imogen's dam, Centa de Muze(Cento x Nabab de Reve), is a direct daughter of the great stallion Cento and out of a long line of 1.60m sport mares!
Olympia's dam, Lucky Charm Z, is a daughter of the stallion Louis (Lord x Ramiro Z). Louis is a zangersheide licensed son out of the mare Galina(Ramiro Z) who produced 3 licensed stallions and several 1.40m offspring. Louis's sire, Lord, is one of the foundation Show Jumping Sire of the Holsteiner breed more than 200 offspring competing at 1.30m and above as well as the top levels off Eventing and Dressage.
Lucky Charm's dam, Cracka Z, is by the licensed stallion Crack(Corrado I), and out of a direct Ramiro Z mare.
With such a great mix of foundation and popular sport breeding, we at SES are excited for the development of this remarkable filly!

L'argento "Gento" is a charismatic young prospect. Gento is a very elegant correct colt with straight legs, an uphill carriage and endless amounts of charisma! He shows high intelligence, incredible movement with lofty suspension and perfect conformation! He has a very sharp mind, confidence in spades, and loves learning new things. We expect him to mature to between 16.1-16.2HH. He will be started under saddle in the winter of 2023.
Gento is out of our own Premium mare Daria II and is one of the first foals born on our farm. At his GOV foal inspection, he scored Premium and Foal-of-Distinction. The judges remarked on his absolute correctness and quality. They asked to see him back as a stallion prospect.
Gento's breeding has an incredible balance of highly athletic horses from both Dressage and Jumping lines!
Gento's sire, Larghetto, is a very well bred promising young son of the famous Like a Diamond NRW (Lareuse NRW x Fidermark) Like a Diamond was named champion of the 2012 Westfalan Stallion Licensing held in Munster-Handorf and competed to the GP level in Dressage. His Sire, Lareuse NRW, competed to GP level and sired many foals successful in both dressage and Jumping. Like a Diamond's dam was by the famous Lord Sinclair who competed to GP in Dressage and sired foals that reached the top of both the Dressage and Show Jumping levels.
Larghetto's dam, Famina, is by the famous GP Dressage stallion Fidermark and is out of a granddaugter of Landgraf, who is truly one of the foundation stallions of the Holsteiner breed.
Gento's dam, Daria II, is a Premium scored mare in both the CWHBA and GOV studbooks. She is by the stallion Dresden (Dresden Mann x Rotspon). Dresden was imported into Canada and is a licensed CWHBA stallion. His sire, Dresden Mann is the well known Olympic mount of Ingrid Klimke. Together they claimed multiple Olympic medals in Dressage as well as FEI Championship medals.
Daria's dam, Lilly V, is by the CWHBA licensed stallion Lakota, who by the licensed stallion, Laudabilis and out of a Fidermark mare.
